"!!BEWARE!! This office staff has no clue what they are doing. I ditched them almost 4 months ago and they still found a way to screw me and my family. We left them in the first place for licenses suspensions for driving without insurance!! They were collecting my monthly premium of over $500/mo and my vehicle is not insured!! Crazy! Now today my daughter in law gets fined $250 from the DMV because they did not list our son on our policy that he was paying a monthly premium on! And this was from 12/20/2023!!! My DIL does not even have nor never did and now never will have an insurance policy with Clendon Webb State Farm and she is penalized $250 fines for the major screw up they did to my family months ago!!. Now State Farm insurance is great coverage but DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough DO NOT DEAL WITH THE CLENDON WEBB LOCATION. He ought to be ashamed of the negligent people he allows to work under him."

"I am NOT a happy loyal customer. I'm paying $280 for my car and renters insurance policy which is insane in itself but then to not answer when I call/e-mail AND leave a message and get no response, ridiculous! I'm moving to a different company, this office is such a joke."

I finally got through the other day to asked why my bill went up and the guy who answered the phone was rude. My windshield broke and I tried leaving at the very least 6 messages in one day.
